I give Princeton Evangelical Free Church (PEFC) and Princeton Free Students ministries permission to post photos on church associated social media accounts that show my student(s).

I give PEFC Leaders (employees and volunteers) permission to transport my student(s) in a vehicle for a church related event, provided that the laws of the road are being followed, the leader is properly background checked, and no student and leader of opposite gender will ever be alone in a vehicle together.

I understand that my student is participating in activities at PEFC voluntarily and release PEFC or PEFC affiliated entities from fault if there is an injury to my child during normal PEFC sanctioned activities

I release PEFC or PEFC affiliated entities of expenses or damages incurred upon responding to an emergency situation that warranted an immediate response from a PEFC Leader.
